Our process is designed to be seamless from the start. We begin with a 15-minute intake call to understand your vision and recommend the planning tier that best suits your needs. How We Work
Step 1: Inquiry & Intake Call
Start by submitting our inquiry form - this ensures we have the essentials before our conversation. You’ll then schedule a complimentary 15-minute call to discuss your vision and determine the best planning package for your needs.
Step 2: Planning Begins
Once your package is selected and the planning fee is paid, we dive into research and begin designing your custom itinerary. You'll receive a detailed proposal with
1–2 rounds of revisions.
Step 3: Booking & Coordination
Upon approval, we handle all bookings - flights, hotels, experiences, transfers, and more. Everything is confirmed and organized with care, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Step 4: Pre-Trip Briefing
Before you travel, we’ll provide a digital itinerary and walk you through the details via Zoom or phone. You'll also receive tips, entry requirements, and any final confirmations.
Step 5: In-Travel Support
Depending on your package, we provide ongoing support in partnership with trusted on-the-ground providers, ensuring your journey runs smoothly.
Step 6: Post-Trip Follow-Up
After your return, we’ll invite you to share feedback through a short survey or call. We’re always refining our process to make your next journey even better.
